Benefits Analysis Corporation was founded by John J. Dugan in Downtown Troy Ohio in 1972. John started as a one-person agency and grew it into one of the largest in the Dayton Region.
Our Mission
Our goal is to help companies and individuals minimize the cost and administration of health and wellness benefits. We’ve invested time and money into systems that allow us to remove that burden. Our brokers are experts in traditional group health insurance, individual insurance, Medicare, self-funding, level-funding, incentive-wellness programs, MEWA's, Captives and Telemedicine. No matter the size of the company or the situation of the individual, Benefits Analysis Corporation has you covered.
